Shipping and Return Policy
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly if providing a tracking number. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

All available stock are dispatched 3-5 business days. Customers will be notified in Advance if item is no longer available or will require a longer dispatch period
When to expect your Delivery
Please allow a minimum of 14-28 days after your item has been dispatched to receive your items for international regular post.
Some locations outside of the U.K. may take longer of 28 or more days when using only regular post option. Kindly note, we cannot be held responsible for delayed post due to customs procedures in international borders.

Most of our readymade stock are dispatched from our London location, however on occasions some items maybe dispatched from our Ghana location when our UK stock is low, this those note effect our international delivery estimated shipping times.
